Founder & Executive Director
A visionary leader and lifelong advocate for Black girls, Dr. Amina founded the organization to build what she wished she had growing.

Program Director
Jada brings over a decade of youth development experience and has led countless initiatives focused on mentorship, leadership, and personal growth for young Black women
